Shipping policy

SHIPPING

  • Please allow Minks&Beyond LLC 2-3 business days to receive shipping confirmation and to process your order. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for your items to ship out. Shipping should not always take this long but due to COVID, we’re being cautious with shipping times. Once you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped the delivery process is out of our hands. 
  • Shipping occurs Monday- Friday. If your order is placed on Friday it will be processed on the next business day (Monday). 
  • All packages will be shipped from the United States Postal Services (USPS). Minks&Beyond LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. While tracking your order if it states “delivered” your must contact the United States Postal Service directly a 1-800-ASK-USPS. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported to the USPS claims department. 
  • After receiving your tracking email shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. Please visit www.USPS.com  to track your order. All tracking numbers will.be send via email or text message according to whichever preference you picked. If emailed please check you spam folder if tracking email is not showing in your inbox. If you do not receive a tracking number within five days of placing you order, please contact customer service at  disienae@minksandbeyond.net Please allow 24 hours for a response.
